A Russia Luban Workshop co-construction project is in progress with Heilongjiang Agricultural Engineering Vocational College as the Chinese partner institution.

The project extends the Luban Workshop model used for the Côte d’Ivoire program: equipment supply, installation, commissioning and instructor training are coordinated under one project structure.

The source material records the cooperation as in progress. Equipment scope and delivery schedule are set with the partner institution according to the applicable project stage and should not be inferred from another country’s completed contract.

The planned innovation base combines solar power generation, energy storage, electric vehicle charging and battery inspection in one teaching and demonstration environment for carbon-peaking and carbon-neutrality programs.

A second project extends the training scope from battery operation and service into battery recovery and recycling, creating a pathway for circular-economy and end-of-life battery teaching scenarios.

The high-latitude cold-region base is planned as a test environment for charging performance in severe cold. It complements the company’s joint research record with Jilin Communications Polytechnic on low-temperature new energy vehicle charging facilities.

The company’s international cooperation record identifies Beijing Baitong Kexin as a co-organizer of the Thailand session of the 2026 World New Energy Vehicle Congress in Bangkok in April 2026.

The session connects the company with Southeast Asian vocational education authorities and new energy vehicle industry bodies. It extends the company’s regional cooperation work beyond individual equipment deliveries into technical exchange and program coordination.

In November 2023, a delegation led by Mr. Sangaré, Vice Minister of Vocational Training and Apprenticeship of the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire, visited the Beijing Baitong Kexin headquarters.

Chief Engineer Di Yufeng presented the company’s virtual simulation training systems. The recorded demonstration described 3D interactive software modeled within one centimeter of the corresponding equipment and at least 80 measurement points per project.

The two sides discussed equipment and curriculum supply for the Côte d’Ivoire Luban Workshop. The visit preceded the formal equipment tender by two months and established the government-level contact recorded for the project.

The company’s industry college model includes a dedicated International Exchange Center responsible for Belt and Road cooperation and Luban Workshop preparation.

The center works alongside the research and innovation center and the school-enterprise cooperation center. The wider resource model includes vocational education experts, teachers, skill masters, enterprise engineers and competition specialists.

The recorded industry colleges at Bairin Right Banner Daban Vocational Middle School, unveiled in December 2022, and Wuxi Vocational Institute of Commerce under the GAC Trumpchi cooperation project provide domestic institutional experience from which international programs can be staffed and supported.
