BTKX — Beijing, China · Training Lab Construction

A Four-Zone NEV Practice Center

For Beijing Commercial School, one teaching space brings together system awareness, whole-vehicle practice and battery and motor performance testing.

Project Overview

From System Awareness to Measured Performance.

Beijing Commercial School needed more than separate equipment stations. The brief called for a learning progression: understand NEV systems, work with a complete vehicle, then investigate battery and motor performance.

Teaching Configuration

Four Zones. One Learning Path.

Each zone has a distinct role. Together, they move the lesson from recognizing a system to working with it and interpreting measured results.

  1. 01

    System Awareness

    NEV Components

Use the NEV culture wall to connect cells, BMS samples and motor parts with digital system explanations.

Recognize components and connect them to the complete system.

  2. 02

    Whole-Vehicle Practice

    Geely Training Vehicle

Bring maintenance and battery inspection tasks onto a complete teaching vehicle.

Relate component knowledge to vehicle access and inspection.

  3. 03

    Performance Testing

    Battery Performance

Use controlled charge-discharge exercises to examine capacity and DC internal resistance.

Read measured results and compare battery behavior.

  4. 04

    Performance Testing

    Drive-Motor Performance

Measure speed, torque and characteristic curves on an instrumented motor station.

Connect operating conditions with measured motor performance.

Project Delivery

Equipment, Space and Teaching Prepared Together.

A complete vehicle, a culture wall and two performance benches bring different requirements. The project joined their teaching roles with the room’s access, power and supervision needs.

  1. Plan the Teaching Sequence

The equipment scope and room layout connected introductory learning, whole-vehicle access and instrumented testing. Student movement, instructor supervision and electrical preparation were considered together.

  2. Coordinate the Installation

Configuration confirmation, production, delivery and installation followed the school’s semester schedule, with the vehicle and test stations brought into one teaching space.

  3. Prepare Instructors and Resources

Task sheets, micro-lessons and operation videos accompanied the stations, alongside instructor orientation for the delivered configuration.

Delivered Outcome

A Connected Practice Center, Ready for Teaching.

Four coordinated zones and two performance benches brought all three teaching stages into one operational center.

Matched task sheets, micro-lessons and operation videos give instructors a common structure for demonstration, guided practice and assessment.

The Configuration Behind the Case.

The equipment schedule records this historical installation. A new center is configured around its own teaching brief, site conditions and current equipment specifications.

These values reproduce the project brief; they are separate from the current T068 and T076 catalog specifications.
