Project Brief

Teaching Equipment with an Overseas Delivery Scope.

The tender combined physical platforms, virtual practice and the arrangements needed for an overseas teaching site.

Requirement

The tender called for ten item categories covering physical agricultural machinery teaching and virtual practice. Named categories include the tractor whole-vehicle platform, BT-NJVR-01 software, and assembly-and-adjustment platforms for engine, transmission, chassis and electrical systems.

The equipment needed to support an agricultural machinery syllabus rather than function as a production farm fleet.

Constraints

Technical specifications, qualification documents and pricing were evaluated through a public tender. The award value and item schedule were defined by the procurement record.

The overseas destination required export packing, transport documentation, site preparation and an agreed language scope. Actual equipment utilities and commissioning conditions followed the contract and site requirements; a general public-grid description does not replace the installation schedule.

Challenge

The project had to connect hardware delivery with usable teaching capability at an overseas site. Physical systems needed transport protection and agreed commissioning support, while simulation provided preparation for tasks that depend on limited machinery access.

The qualification file drew on ISO 9001:2015 certificate 05322Q31604R0S, National High-Tech Enterprise certificate GR202211001662 and the company’s portfolio of 325 intellectual property assets and qualifications. Certificate records and the requested procurement documents can be reviewed for a new tender.

Project Delivery

Configuration and Delivery Planned Together.

  1. Match the Teaching Configuration

The configuration followed the Workshop’s agricultural machinery curriculum: a tractor as the central whole-vehicle teaching unit, component-system assembly platforms and the BT-NJVR-01 simulation system.

  2. Coordinate the Overseas Scope

Production, export packing and shipping documentation were organized for the West African end site. Commissioning support, teaching materials and delivery responsibilities followed the purchaser’s contract.

Recorded Award

A Defined Procurement Scope for the Workshop.

The January 2024 third-party award record identifies Baitong Kexin’s CNY 3,729,200 winning bid and ten item categories. The supplied company project account records the tractor, simulation and supporting system platforms within that scope.

The same institutional cooperation channel also includes a Russia Luban Workshop project, which is recorded separately as in progress. Its status is not inferred from the Côte d’Ivoire award.

Timeline

November 2023: a delegation led by Côte d’Ivoire’s Deputy Minister of Vocational Training and Apprenticeship visited the Beijing facility. The chief engineer demonstrated virtual simulation during the cooperation discussions.

January 2024: the public bid award notice recorded CNY 3,729,200 and ten item categories. Delivery, shipping and commissioning then followed the contract schedule; precise site acceptance dates are available only through the project records.

Verification

Request the original third-party public bid award notice naming the purchaser, winning supplier, amount and item categories. The source is a Chinese government-procurement-related bid award publication; the original notice is the primary document for checking the tender figures.

The November 2023 visit appears in the company’s record and Chinese industry coverage. Purchaser-side project records, shareable site materials and acceptance documents can be requested through the overseas cooperation desk.
