Confirm site readiness and partner responsibilities, then coordinate the shipment, technical checks and agreed instructor preparation.
Review the selected equipment, room conditions, utilities, language needs and each partner’s delivery responsibilities.
Arrange shipment to the designated address, with customs clearance and local transport coordinated by the responsible parties.
Complete the agreed installation, commissioning and technical checks against the equipment schedule and site conditions.
Provide the agreed online, on-site or Beijing-based instructor training. Hand over the operation, maintenance and safety manuals and record acceptance against the contract scope.
Beijing Baitong Kexin Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. supports international automotive vocational education through four paths: equipment export, course export, teacher training and competition cooperation. The January 2024 Côte d’Ivoire Luban Workshop award covered RMB 3,729,200 and ten line items, including a tractor training platform and BT-NJVR-01 virtual simulation system. The Russia Luban Workshop co-construction is recorded as in progress. Cooperation with Malaysia’s Yumei Education Group is supported by the January 2024 Southeast Asia NEV training-base proposal.

Equipment ships from China to the buyer’s designated address. The partner coordinates local resources, customs clearance and local transport; shipping responsibilities are fixed in the project agreement.
Technical staff carry out agreed on-site installation and commissioning against the selected equipment models, utilities and local site conditions.
Export manuals cover operation, maintenance and safety precautions. Additional language adaptation is agreed against the institution’s course and assessment needs.
The project can agree online, on-site or Beijing-based instructor training. Where Beijing training is agreed, selected partner instructors work with Baitong Kexin engineers on equipment synchronized with the delivered set. Online follow-up can support the agreed training plan.
