How a Co-Construction Project Is Structured
Tripartite Agreement
The Balin Right Banner agreement was signed by the local government, Beijing Baitong Kexin Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. and the Beijing Yicheng Cooperation Development Foundation. The college was unveiled at Daban Vocational Secondary School in December 2022.
School-Enterprise Model
Jiangsu Jiaotong Technician College signed and unveiled its industry college in 2023 as a direct school-enterprise co-construction. Wuxi Vocational Institute of Commerce signed a further industry-college cooperation under the GAC Trumpchi program.
Project-Specific Operation
Each agreement defines the mix of the four centers and research platform, investment scale, build schedule and operating responsibilities. The five-unit model is adapted to the local teaching and service requirements.
