Agricultural Machinery Teaching Platforms for Seeding, Spraying and Harvesting

This series extends Baitong Kexin’s teaching-equipment line from road vehicles into the field: three teaching platforms covering precision seeding, plant protection spraying and grain combine harvesting. The agricultural machinery program combines machine structures with virtual simulation, digital course resources and teaching equipment; each delivery schedule identifies the resources included with the selected platforms.

What This Series Solves

Connect the machinery seen in a field-operation lesson with mechanisms students can study in the classroom. Observe seed metering and placement, follow the liquid path through a sprayer, and explain the stages of a complete combine harvester. The platform configuration, permitted practical work and teaching-resource languages are agreed against the program’s course plan.

The Numbers Behind the Teaching Tasks

    Precision seeder: at least two seeding units, transparent metering housings and a 3–10 m/min simulation conveyor for observing seed spacing and quantity.

  • 02

    Crop sprayer: a tank of at least 18.9 L, plunger pump, pressure adjustment, enclosed spray demonstration and liquid recovery. Use equipment-approved demonstration fluid.

  • 03

    Combine-harvester teaching scope: header, threshing, separation and cleaning systems, harvest-operation procedures and routine maintenance. Mechanical and electrical parameters are confirmed per order.

  • 04

    The listed seeder and sprayer each have minimum equipment dimensions of 1,750 × 1,100 × 1,730 mm. Installation planning must also provide operating space, service access and appropriate utilities.

Digital course resources form part of the agricultural training offer. The included titles and language versions are confirmed per project; French-language resources were part of the Côte d’Ivoire delivery scope.
